its such a simple fix btw they are making tier upgrade a thing anyway in june, just allow all random drops and craftable weapons to be fully enhanced like a tier 5 and its fixed

make bonus perks only a thing for the high end endgame like gm nightfall, master raid/dungeon and trials lighthouse
