Last Wish and SE imo, both have more than the standard 4 encounters, both have a puzzle style 4th encounter (vault and verity), both had extremely low clears on day 1 (2 teams for LW and 1 for SE)

Both also had everlasting consequences that resulted from the raid taking place (curse on the dreaming city, the witness being weakened which then resulted in the echoes being released outside the pale heart)

Most d2 raids feel disconnected from the actual campaigns, with the only thing connecting them being a cutscene (beyond light) or a couple dialogue lines (nez being introduced in a strike), these ones feel part of the story that happens before them

I mean, mmm, leviathan was deffinitly disconnected, but atleast it had a questline and content leading into it. LW is essential to the plot of forsaken. SotP tied heavily into the black armory seasonal content. Yeah GoS had nothing to do with shadowkeep.

DSC was yeah a bit lose in direct ties to the events of BL, but also DCS has been teased since D1 so... exploring the VotD pyramid was literally part of witch queen, and rhulks involvement is the reason for half of savathun's actions involving us.

Yeah RON kinda just happened without too much tie in. SE was maximum stort tie in, with it leading directly into the conclusion to the campaign. And then uh, DP was kinda a tangential relation, but it did have some deeper lore tie ins so it wasnt entirely unrelated

Rushdown (or most matchmade activities) still have the customize option which disables matchmaking and allows one to go at it solo or as a team. I don't see the point of not including matchmaking at all so a far larger population set (which is low 000's at this point) can participate
