Unstops can't be stunned through any freeze effects now. It was changed when edge of fate launched. They don't regenerate hp so if your dps is high enough (e.g. praxic blade), you can just kill them inspite of their high DR

There is an artifact perk kinetic rupture. Praxic blade is a kinetic weapon so has a chance to create and hit the rupture which stuns unstops

Unless you’re playing GM (-50), it doesn’t really matter. Praxic blade’s DPS is high enough to kill off unstops without stunning them, just takes a few more swipes as they’ve high DR if not stunned

Unstops can’t heal like overloads or regenerate shields like barrier (which is super annoying to deal with a primary handcannon)

Making it so chill clip cant freeze things by just whipping it out, like it applies 10 slow per shot, or it can only do what it does now AFTER a kill for 10 seconds, like kill clip
