Resilience is an intrinsic baseline, everybody had their HP scaled up to the equivalent of having 100 Resil stat

and Mobility is removed from the game in lieu of a new Boot slot mod called Enhanced Athletics which adds 30 Virtual Mobility to per equipped instance of that mod

Hunters got class fantasy update so they passively sprint 5% faster and their Virtual "Mobility" is higher than Titans and Warlocks so they have a higher base jump and base move-speed passively even without any of the new mod equipped
