Drops are min 300 now so you'll get there right away from any content. 550 is the cap but T5 drops consistently once you hit 470 so 300-470 is the power grind, which is fairly quick now

Renegades campaign levels you up pretty quickly (legendary campaign for me did that). Else portal solo ops (caldera or K1 being the most efficient). Keep an eye out for bonus engrams from activities, can be done a limited times per week but each green engram is an additional power drop

300-470 is 8-12 hours of gameplay if I had to guess

Start with a few caldera runs. As you start gaining levels on seasonal hub weekly rewards, do activities with multiple bonus engrams, rinse and repeat till you're 470 and can farm T5s
