Dungeon quests are account specific from what I recall, not character. Room is at the beginning of the dungeon so no harm in a quick check. Else you'll have to find someone at that step of the quest and then noth of you can get the buff

Primary weapons are almost useless in most content. Contraverse magnetic deletes any yellow bar with 2 chunks even in GM/conquests

Even edge of fate GM/ultimate conquests were like this, had to use ability heavy builds and rely less on weapons

No, it has a chance to drop from normal as well. 1 shot per character per week but almost everyone I know got in within 3 attempts

VoG, grab confluxes checkpoint and you've 3 mini-encounters there, each one drops spoils, 2 don't even have a boss. If it's your 1st run this week, do the opening plates and you can grab 2 secret chests along the way, more spoils

only ones i can think of are multimach, yeartide apex, the solar healing auto, shoot to loot scouts, and certain smgs for peacekeepers

Most primary weapons just don't deal enough damage, try double special as ammo regen is quite high now. If I really had to use primary weapons, I would prioritize perks like attrition orbs, burning ambition, etc, these would be worth more than weapon damage

Incandescent is a lot better for low level content ad-clear, but you could use double-special in that case. Burning ambition causes easy scorches which is excellent for yellow bars and even bosses if you run out of heavy/specials

You're right, that's an excellent gun. I've been using sword or mint for most builds and have rarely tried other options in that slot and keep forgetting them
