Everything is based on account power now so if your hunter is getting 550 gear so will your warlock. You can pull armor pieces from season pass if it's levelled up, else play any ultimate activity and it'll drop 550 power gear for your warlock as well

I've never seen a priority exotic contract. They show up just like the ones you see with legendary engram, except of course with an exotic engram and are rare. Even if you complete that, it's not a guaranteed drop so double RNG
