It's bugged. You need to use weakening fragment even though contraverse already provides weakening. Higher your fps, higher is the chunking chance. I could chunk ~1 in 4 times at 60 fps and nearly always at regular (300+)

If it's working as intended there's no reason why higher fps suddenly increases damage multi-fold

Is there a way for me to bind uncharged melee to 2 buttons on my controller?

I’m trying to make a hammer build where I can use my basic melee on-demand
