Okay so they changed it to 2 expansions per year and Renegades is the 2nd one. You can buy each individually, you can buy the Year of Prophecy (which is like the default edition of previous expansions) or the Ultimate edition (which is basically the Annual Pass version)

Pull and energy return on hit were always there. Dual charges and weaken on hit are new. Fun fact - you can chuck these grenades non-stop when near a song of flame warlock in super. I couldn't do more damage with any other build, no ammo issues as well
