Arc batteries can be used to extend dps by about 10 seconds. You can hit harrow twice after he jumps out of the pit with shadow buff. Doing so for both pits removes the shield completely

Just in case all arc batteries are used up (they won't regenerate) and you missed shadow buffing harrow after it came out of the pit you can go outside again and do the 3 rooms, come back and both fuses would be ready to shoot while harrow's shield remains where you left him
