i know you can commune to X loot, but doesnt X loot only drops on X encounters? or does it have a chance to drop anywhere because you commune on it?

if you compel all youll have 30 secs to dmg but the second you hit the damage threshold youll auto hit 2 seconds

so on cutthroat youd want to crunch and pop second supers at the 2 second mark
