The Weaken from Morpheus Quiver lasts only like 3 seconds, so it will run out by the time you fire your second shot. So having Weaken up longer term will be of benefit.

Morbius Quiver also does more damage to targets that are currently Tethered.

Im just returning to the game from early into edge of fate and im using my solar build with dragon's breath and hellion gloves and im just deleting everything with infinit heavy ammo.

Im just using dragons breath almost and festival flight with blast distributor to hit 200 grenade stat.

It feels like the game has given us such powerful gear and items that it creeped so high without nerfs to the point the new gear and loot isn't even relevent or interesting nor is the content hard at all.

Im just cleaving the entire zone proccing 20+ ignitions per min and boss skipping phases and dying almost instantly because I guess the devs didn't know how high the dmg creeping is now in pve ?

Legendary campaign gives you the exotic for free. There have always been other ways to unlock the exotic released during the expansion like sieve for edge of fate. I've seen this vendor for the first time so may be a rare event. You could always use exotic keycards to unlock
