There are bots on twitch which hold checkpoints, mainly before and after encounters. If you've to get 3 worms after 2nd encounter, you can just use the bot to land you there and skip 2 encounters and a ton of time. Bungie has mentioned it's legal so no worry

Catalyst adds bait and switch which is a flat 30% damage bonus. Works beautifully when paired with mint (also with bait and switch). Just fire a single shot from the 3rd weapon and you're set

Usage is simple, special reload (press reload for a few seconds), fire a shot in the air, this will create a turret. Paint the boss with the laser (point and click) and turrent will start targeting, can also select an area to target or leave it to auto-target

Special reload again to use it as a regular linear fusion or switch to another weapon

Has anyone else been having issues where the daily chest at the call to arms area in the tower hasn't been appearing?

So i've had care obligations as well as being ill due to my medication, so haven't been able to play that much.

I came on to continue and hopefully finish the event.The chest was not there.

I haven't been on so I wouldn't have been able to open it. I've tried restarting my game as well as using a different character.

Sadly no luck.

What's worse is that missing this chest put me one back on the open chest triumph for the title meaning that I won't be able to get it.

Is this a known bug? Is there any way that Bungie will be able to fix it?

Do the raid once via lfg, if you've weapons unlocked you can get them from chests and every 3rd/4th is a red border (based on experience). Last wish and garden chests give you weapons including red borders even if you've never got those drops before

Another option to quickly rack up spoils is to farm quick encounters, e.g. if you take confluxes CP you can farm 3 easy encounters within minutes, confluxes, oracles and templar, without even any traversal

That's not correct. I'm yet to do DP and have already unlocked anarchy and the smg using spoils. Did VoG and DSC runs this week and encounters dropped spoils. Also got spoils from secret chests in VoG, KF, RoN, VotD and SE across all 3 characters

HOIL+Verity works just fine on prismatic, though I'd suggest just using Verity itself instead of spirit of verity

Hellion is a monster even without eunoia. Arc soul is excellent at ad-clear and jolting targets but falters at single target damage, hellion melts yellow bars and mini-bosses without you needing to fire your weapon

Just Bungie's sphagetti code at work. LW and GoS secret chests didn't drop any spoils but others did. I won't be surprised if some raid encounters are dropping spoils, others are not and Bungie even knows why that's the case
