No, they're bugged shinies. Shinies drop with +1 tier compared to event items which also get +1 in most cases. But, this time around it seems something silly happened and shinies are getting +1 tier no matter what, even if they drop as T5, thus making T6.

T6 is the exact same in every way as T5 except for the icon.

Yes, you just need to run objectives with the highest score modifier, and for Salt Mines you need to get the HVT to spawn and kill it.

Salt Mines is the easiest way to get a 10% score, that gets you 50 points, you'd need another 10% score to get the helmet, but with Salt Mines, it's easier to get a 10% score, and you can get another 10% if you just solo Heliostat with the same maximum modifiers.

You also can run Ultimate at 451, so if you get power for that it's easier.
