Heavy attack on Talon to start the chain. Tether can give you both Weaken and Suppress constantly for 20%, if you have Volatile from Gyrfalcon, an extra additive 10% every other hit.

Black Talon being viable in some way is actually insane. (And we haven't had a weapon that could Suppress unassisted since Two-Tailed Fox released.)

Now not only can Collective Obligation charge up to get Suppress, but Black Talon also now Suppresses.

There is actually an easy way to identify those runs, there are no darkness pulses going off (orange criss-cross things) when that target is active. So you can restart within 5 seconds of start to find a session where you have that opportunity

It's best to watch a youtube video for these. Order is like this, OH1 -> OH2 -> OH3 -> OH1 -> Wizard1 -> OH2 -> Wizard2 -> OH3 -> Wizard3. Wizards only appear on the 2nd rotation after you've cleared all overthrows

Wizards appear at fixed spots but disappear after sometime. It maybe useful to know where exactly wizards spawn in each zone (from youtube video) so you don't waste time finding them

Good thing is you just need to do this on 1 class to unlock dual destiny and clear that once on each class, Then buy as many rolls as you want from Xur for strange coin

both -- they are immune to all harm unless you destroy 3 drones surrounding them, but they frequently bug out and stay invincible even if all 3 drones are dead

the drones also have no-clip so they just phase into terrain if the mob passes near anything
