T4s consistently from 400 onwards, start getting T4 more as you get closer to 400. T5 consistently from 470 onwards for PvE and 450 for PvP, again you'll get more T5s closer you're to 470

300 to 400 or 470 can be super fast if you just run through activities with bonus drops now

Assuming the system remains consistent in renegades. Right now, drop level is tied to power level only. It maybe different for renegades, e.g. look at desert perpetual drop tiers
