in a totally optimal setup you will get roughly 1/3 (closer to 38-41% by pixel count, very rough estimation) energy back but that assumes that ALL of the cluster bomblets do land

it's p rough to get it right, but depending on the target you can definitely make it happen

ok yeah idk but it seems very likely to me that your Class Stat 1-100 %Gain buff definitely affects the rate at which this refreshes so if you're using 100+ class stat i feel it makes a big difference

it also does more than just "feel" different, because the base cooldown on Dodge as a class ability is one of the shortest in the game, so as a second or two goes by while you're reloading a rocket, the actual cooldown timer is going by so fast that about 12.5% recharges on its own

When BO6 added Beevus and Butthead & American Dad, a lot of people were tired of skins not staying with the theme. MW2019 did the skins right for the characters.
