This. Many GMs and Ultimatums I cleared by focus firing as a team while in cover. Too many times I see people go out too far, throwing the run.

3 Polaris Lance's is satisfying when focus firing as a team.

I have kicked people from the fireteam for not being in VC before, but only because I had a 6th that actually joined but couldn't get in because of the fake 6th.
