its got a good level of complexity, theres some relatively unique damage strat limitations imposed, and the aesthetic design and music are both very strong

the main issues are the loadout variety (certain encounters force weapon types for non-dps reasons, like how rhulk splitter/dunker mandates long range guns or gos 3rd is terrible without slug shotguns), the GODAWFUL jumping puzzles, and the fact its part of edge of fate
