I could care less, really. Strongholds have always been cool and niche but I rarely use them. Mythic was probably the first time since it launched and then a few times to meme with Last Wish.

Prior to rework in lightfall when you block you would get healed scaled by damage received so like in a GM if a brig blasted you, if you guarded you would get fully healed and maintain guard. This rework is basically bringing that back while also making it more engaging to play with
