The exception being reaching 200 with a bad exotic or reaching a 200/150 pair for like super weapon or something

Realistically with good t4 gear you can get 200 super or 200 weapon on a set, plus a set with 4 or 5 100s, which is all you really need for pve, t5 mainly just makes it a bit easier
