Would it be worth keeping a demo/attrition orbs roll?

i think people here said attrition was nerfed on area denial frames but i'd keep it just in case

3rd column can roll demolitionist, blast distributor and slice depending on what you want it for, 4th has the aforementioned honing as well as frenzy, ofa and vorpal

Military probably got cell jammers running day and night next to their bases.

Although maybe not, because jamming communications without a warrant is in violation of federal law.

The military most likely can't jam communications, but they can listen in if they feel like it.

It's illegal to jam comms for safety reasons, because a jammer wouldn't just cut normal cell service, it would sever the link to emergency services, too.

Only the federal government can deploy jammers, and under very specific circumstances, as well.

Exotics are still good to use, but it's preferable to use what's "featured", because Bungie likes setting the meta for us rather than let us decide for ourselves.
