Except for 1st week I was just doing every solo + fireteam ops daily and pinnacle ops some days, never more than once and was still getting ~10 levels a day. Most people don't realise bonus drops can be power drops on A grades and most activities give 1-4 bonus drops on first completion of the day

True, I just gave up after 400, no point grinding 20 times to get 1 power gear. Zavala + arms week + conquest GM helped push to near 410, today's weekly reset should cross 410, do the last conquest GM and then come back when mid-season update hits

Till 400 you get something, whether it's +4 or +3. After 400 you get a +3 every 20th game. That's the comparison

I actually didn't feel levelling up till 400 was slow, it's horribly monotonous since you're repetitively grinding the same activity. If we could gain levels outside portal, say from old campaigns or dungeons or raids, it would still be ok

400+ is pure debauchery on bungie's part and a test of how much they can get away with. 20+ runs for a single +3 gear, wonder who other than streamers or the most hardcore gamers can stomach that
