Each time you unlock something with rahul your rank increases. When you reset the rank, you can focus the engrams to the exact exotics you want on a fourth page. You’ll need exotic ciphers too though which you can get from xur who is now permanently in the tower from Friday to near reset

you'd have to do the exotic mission on the equivalent of expert on repeat to get the catalysts when the mission is available
