You get slayers fang from doing kells fall which if I remember right its one of the ending quests for episode of the revenant. You dont have to complete the season yourself. Just have someone start the quest and you join it. Thats how I did it.

You can do challenges to increase the drop chance, but otherwise the best you can do is defeat the final boss on all three characters in every given week
