Just discovered vex incursion after playing for 3 months. 1 not-unlocked exotic gear for every run which barely takes 5 min, why doesn't bungie publicise these more?

There is a discord for notifying you when a vex incursion happens so if you're playing go for it. Alternative to unlock is using ciphers which are super rare

Will exotic quest rotator quests remain after July or disappear? I started playing < 3 months back and given the number of craftable weapons + 3 red borders per week, it's unlikely I can craft any

It will, it'll likely get updated cuz as of now there's 5 missions in it, and with tfs ending we'll get to 8, which means you have to wait 8 weeks for a single mission

So we can probably expect 2 missions per week to keep it down to 4 weeks max of waiting for a specific mission

In that case I'll stop doing 2 normal + 1 expert runs per week. I've tried more runs but never got any red borders so very low chance of unlocking any craftable patterns

That was the question. With mid-July release of new DLC, if these exotic quests will make way for new ones, I'll just have a lot of partially unlocked patterns. For some reason, I've 1-2 out of 5 patterns for a ton of weapons instead of some fully unlocked
