logically speaking all Vex would have become compelled at once

but the Moon Vex are fine, Witness Vex are fine

ISP shouldn't bring down network firewall for any reason whatsoever, and if they have to, they should have redundant systems to run while the primary stuff is being fixed.

if the site fails to backup, both firewalls show down in the portal

ive been here over 7 years, I've never seen a Meraki firewall fail
