when using a hand cannon, you have a bullet cone of anywhere your shot will land, if you ADS that cone has an angle of 1 degree

iirc it's actually less but the point still stands. HCs have an already tight hip cone and ADSing makes it nearly nonexistent. same thing with the first shot of most other weapons though they tend to flare faster/wider than hand Cannons
