Fourth Horseman has a high damage output but is one of most ammo hungry weapons in the game.
Trench Barrel/One-Two-Punch are very strong perks, the latter being better if you're using a melee-heavy build, the former being better otherwise.

In terms of what guns use these perks best, the Perfect Paradox with Pugilist or Field Prep in the other slot is currently the best option

Rapid Fire frame shotguns make best use of Trench Barrel. The slower firing the worse for that.
Basically any shotgun can make good use of One Two Punch, as long as you're hitting all pellets

Just the other slot's perk can make One Two Punch better

Graverobber or Pugilist are usually top choices

If you're looking for a Trench Barrel shotgun in slot 2, Basso Ostinato and IKELOS are both good options (IKELOS being craftable)

Aggressive frames offer a higher damage total for trench barrel yes, but I find in practice the slower fire rate means I can't always reliably safely stay point-blank, and get those 3 shots off, compared to a rapid fire. I prefer rapid fires for this personally because of that

if you have access to echoes then your best way to farm it is to progress the echoes storyline, do the sidequests "NES-001 through 009" so you can focus the weapons and get a guaranteed red border the first time you focus an echoes weapon

Strand is nice this season. With the Nether all healing is reduced so any little bit of it you can get goes farther.
