If you have hit rank 17, claim the last available reward at the particular vendor you are trying to reset.

Make sure that all previous rewards have been claimed, too.

If your inventory is full of something that you need to claim, dump a few of what you need in order to make room.

I've wasted many enhancement prisms that way.

Soloing Spire again is gonna be a real chore. I still need my solo flawless for Duality, but keeping up on damage for Caiatl can be... difficult.

Getting to her won't be an issue. I know the motions. The problem is holding my nerve long enough without screwing up in order to achieve victory.
