i mean, on prism all you need is an arc super and facet of purpose to get your first stack, from there any weapon damage gives you more stacks

you're not forced to go all arc to make use of bolt charge thankfully

but it's most optimal on pure arc, especially because of Storm's Keep and Ionic Sentry, as well as getting stacks from ionic traces and getting double stacks when amplified

bolt charge and amplified's buff has carried Arc out of mid-tier, Arc Titan is by far my favorite, which is something I never thought I'd be saying

I even brought out Thunderlord against Puppeteer and it, with Storm's Keep, did a lot of damage

usually when an exotic functions on reload it either has a super high reload stat, or has a perk that makes the reload faster. Dyad has neither
