1. Never think you are good until you actually get better at the game. If you are missing shots, your aim is not good and you need to admit this to yourself, you need to improve it etc.
2. Look up what people think is the meta, find guns you like in that, start using them.
3. Look up guides for getting better at FPS. Do what they do.
4. Play a lot to practice. Don't autopilot, go in and actually try to apply what you are learning.

Find an aim training routine and set it up (voltaic is a good routine and it can be done in aimlabs, which is free). Work on that a few times a week.
Look up guides of videos for pvp, and take notes on the stuff they are teaching you.
Then, go play and try to apply your practiced aim and the tricks you learned in videos.

And again don't autopilot

its a timed buff (80ish mins) where kills and/or activity completions have a chance to drop the item your focusing, if you focus gridskipper your supposed to get gridskipper drops

but it is giving random guns from the episode not just gridskipper
