the way it works is if you dont have a weapon or armor piece unlocked, you wont be able to farm for it

and you cant farm for said weapon or armor to unlock it for collections

its sorta hard to explain

he just has every single item in the dungeon as part of his loot pool

so it's harder to get a specific thing
