after the changes in season of the wish bomber/outreach/distribution now give less if you use a low cd class ability, but still gives full on towering barricade/rifts at 12%/17%/20% depending on how many you use

with dive/gamblers its 7%/10%/12% which is alright with two and with thruster/marksman/rally its a very sad 8% with three so i wouldnt use it on those

the thing is that if you run reaper with orb cdr mods like innervation it just gives you more than bomber now

so its not really worth to use bomber x2 unless you are not using orb cdr mods
