Correct, those are the collectibles for the dungeon. As of the last few days, it is no longer in the game from what I’ve found, and I desperately need to figure out what’s wrong

The quest part isn’t relevant..? The issue is the 4th collectible isn’t spawning under any circumstances anymore.

It is quest step 6, the first of that set of 3 messages. i.e. the fourth collectible

especially since the gun can have Armor-Piercing rounds

for pvp you run whatever your favored utility perk is with Kill Clip and High-Caliber Rounds

Reckless Oracle is weird in that it has almost no recoil whatsoever

it doesn't have a massive stab stat and its recoil pattern is normal for rapid-fires

but it is one of the smoothest guns in the game with no input on recoil control
