You can diagnose this really easy actually. Learn abit about temps while at it too etc.

Run gpu-Z if you haven't and check overall temperature versus hotspot

you should just frankly google the issue too

Prob one of the cheapest problems to fix. if your physical fan is broken, that’s like a 5 euro problem. if you are hearing something like an internal component start squealing like a bird that’s a 500 euro problem.
