I've learned that the majority of fans for a live-service game tend to have a more critical outlook on it, especially concerning the amount of content. I've also noticed that these are the daily players of the game who play for 2+ hours every day.

D2 doesn't have nearly as much stuff to do as WoW, I've played it less as a result. That is not a bad thing, I just ran out of stuff I find fun to do.
