it averages about 11-12 shots to kill someone with most autos

and coincidentally, Kinetic Tremors takes roughly that same amount to proc

so it's really only great if you're expecting people to be running Overshields or you're not a fantastic shot and just want a viable kill-secure method even if it kills you

because the damage pulses are AOE they will also clap their friends -- and Kinetic Tremors does cause Flinching
