If it's for witness you should run well. Not for the dmg reduction. Just for healing (which doesn't matter if your team knows how to DPS the witness) and Radiant application

People often use rapid fire snipers during DPS. Bows again are bows, even exotic bows feel pretty bad in end game content. Pulse is ad clear. All good but not cracked.
