i think it works on those same grenades even if you're not actually on prismatic? but that's a bug

you can think of the exotic class items like this, they get the full effect of half of an exotic

the half spirit of osmio gets from actual osmio is the grenade recharge

and the half it doesn't get is being able to hold 2 grenades

synthos get the melee damage, but not the reload speed, star eaters get the super damage, but not the orbs giving more super energy, etc

Okay so spirit of osmio is shite. It gives 13% grenade energy on hit and caps at 5 hits. That is 65% grenade energy at max
So you need to build into getting the remaining 35% with orbs or demolitionist, etc
