but it's the opposite, so no it doesn't work
Energy is only refund when Orpheus is equiped, it's not "inside" the teather if you understand what I mean

Orpheus only refunds super up to 50%, then you get nothing from the exotic. Don’t pick any orbs of power before your super goes to 50% and have the artifact mod that spawns 3 orbs when super energy almost full

And yes swapping Orpheus as soon as you cast super won’t give you the benefits of the super regen

You need to keep it on

The only thing that should work with Orpheus is the 2nd effect that should work like Celestial Nighthawk with marksman

which is still having a 3rd Moebius Quiver even after swapping your Orpheus

it's good in pvp too, yes, but primarily you'll want it in pve cuz PvP you'll be gunned down so fast Heal Clip doesn't help in most circumstances
