If you want resil recovery and discipline you should choose discipline, cause you don't want strength and intellect

But obviously if you are good and don't mess up, you'll have x5 always up and you can get off your 4/5 melees before the 5th and 4th stack disappear

It's just a higher probable peak, X3 worm is equal to synthos, either way you need 3 ads lol
