then you need to make two of them. There is no reason to not take hipfire in pvp, paired with killing wind its really nice. For pve there is no option for first perk than reconstruction. I prefer using snapshot because it just generally feels better, but you get a bit of damage from recombination. Since double slug damage isn't used in as many places anymore (and where it is, it doesn't matter too much if you have recomb) I'd say reconstruction and either snapshot or swash depending on which you prefer to use.
