Channel Changes

We are testing a solution that will greatly increase server performance for the average user.

`Read Message History` is `disabled` in the LFG Channels category. Excluding a select few, threads and Sherpa-LFG

`How does this affect you?`
    You may notice the channels are quieter than what you are use to. This is the result of all the old messages being hidden and not being loaded by your client. 

    If you wish to see messages from a channel you'll need to load that channel at least once during your clients existence. (Simply clicking it will suffice)
    If you restart your client or the data is refreshed for any reason it will wipe the channel again and you'll need to repeat this process. 

`Why?`
    As we continue to grow so does our server's performance decline. It is our hope that this will give us some time to come up with a better solution that can both keep messages around but not completely destroy old ones.

    We will continue to monitor the impact on performance due to this change and weigh it against the usability of the server. If one outweighs the other, we'll go with that. For now, testing will continue.

    The server is in a constant balancing act. Between new Discord features, increased server population, major game updates. We are always trying to give you the best experience and sometimes that means turning your world upside down for a little while until you get used to the change. We're here to help assist you with any questions you may have. glhf

TL;DR
Message History is hidden to increase overall performance. To utilize channels just enter the one you want to see messages in and wait for someone to post. We will conclude our testing on the 27th and make our final determination as to whether or not this feature stays this way.

We've concluded our testing:
Two roles have been added Message History and Tester.
If you wish to see message history in channels use /settings and select the View Message History option. There is a minute cooldown so you'll need to wait to get the Tester role if you just used it for View Message History.
Tester is for anyone interested in helping us test new features before we make our changes live.

Use #destiny-stats or #💬off-topic-no-destiny-talk to issue the slash command.

P.S. Message History is disabled by default for all users and it will remain permentantly disabled in all of the voice channels.

Added /fix to list of commands. Users who have no raider roles can use /fix to regain at least New Raider.

Note: To update your raider role to a higher tier, use #destiny-stats and interact with Charlemagne to do so. (If your raid stats meet our requirements to gain that role.) Requirements can be found here: #roles

Allows you to display your full in-game tag as your nickname or just the non-# part.

Adjusted settings options to include Enable/Disable option instead of running the setting option a second time to enable or disable it.
