healing flasks just prolongs the fight without much risk, as opposed to the healing incants which leave you vulnerable for some time

it also removes the possibility of people having different flask levels which does make a difference

like I said, generally it's those rules, those are standard in the community, you can use them if you want but they make duals much less fun since interactions matter less
