There's two types of loud: dumb loud, and effective loud.
Dumb loud is when people straight up just remove their resonators, mufflers, catalytic converters, and add bigger piping

Efficient loud, like mine, is when the exhaust is traveling with enough pressure and pulse that it doesn't cause the engine to choke out

Imagine it like a straw and a paper towel roll, if you blow air through the straw with decent pressure, the flow will be fast

Paper towel roll, if you blow into it with the same pressure, it's going to be even more difficult for your lungs to push air out of the large opening

The vast majority of hyper cars us V10s or V12s, and they rev up to 9k rpm, not to mention they have turbos to force more air into the engines to make them perform better, which brings out all that power.

The reason these cars use V10s and V12s is because vibrational force is a lot less present due to balancing between the pistons and combustion

That's why a lot of luxury cars are usually equipped with bigger engines
