I got a RTX 2080 Ti.

Didn't buy the 3080 because it was not what I was looking for, looking / searching for components for roughly 6 months now, nothing that looks that promising yet, if they decide to make a 3090 X or TI card, I will definitely buy it, if a lot of games still supported Sli, I would just buy regular 3090's.

I run a I9 9k. pretty happy with it, never had a single issue.

I got 64 gigs of ram, but they are only at a speed of 2133 something, I plan to get something way faster very soon, got roughly 5grand on my savings account, I plan to rough out, once I find the components I like.
