It should be illegal for boomers to have computers. My dad keeps doing stuff that is bogging down his PC I built for him and windows is screwed on it now. It kept freezing on everything including FireFox for him, so rather than call me, he deleted Firefox and reinstalled it, only to find all his business' bookmarks were gone and then called me to complain like as if I could help get them back and that it wasnt his fault.

I cant even do "reset this PC" where it redoes windows, but keeps files and stuff. Tells me it cant do it. So the only choice now is to wipe the drive and start fresh. ISsue is, this is his business PC so I cant go wipe the drive like I want. So I told him to go pay someone. I'm not doing it anymore. I live 1hr away from him and I've been driving there like 2-3 days a week to work on it and I am done.
