It's easier to upgrade from 2 16's since most boards have 4 slots and adding two more sticks is easier and cheaper than wiping the slate clean to buy new ram if you get the 4 stick option.
If you never plan on upgrading the RAM get the 4 slot option. It'll be faster since you aren't trying to pull all that speed from just 2 sticks.

Jokes aside, I've been having a good time in PoE2, I appreciate the help haha
Idk what it is, but as soon as I got the movement speed, it made me enjoy the game much more. Also I got the build clicking with a key piece of gear (the something brotherhood ring) and I have been cooking.
Kinda need a good bow as it is getting dated, but it works for now.
One thing to mention though... idk if it would have been a good idea to do the same gameplay as PoE 1. PoE 1 is already the "final form" of that gameplay style, and any additions they want to make to that type of game, they can patch PoE 1 to do probably. They could even give it a graphical overhaul if the player base for that type of game is still large enough.
Personally, I wouldn't have played PoE 2 if it was like PoE 1 or Diablo 2. I think those are amazing games, but I've had my fill personally. That said, I hope they speed the pace of PoE 2 up a bit, it does feel slow without movement speed, and even with, I feel like it could be faster.

builds are linear and non-creative and will never have a meta change, certain endings are so nuanced that you need to look up what ending you want and build toward it since your day 1
for a game that was supposed to be true open world there are so many reused assets and a massive lack of explanation of half the stuff you encounter
ive had several game breaking issues near the end of the game where youre in the johnny simulation and you go into one room and try to press one button and your game just instantly crashes and you can never progress
there was never an official fix so i had to search for hours to find what line of code or file i needed to repair/remove to even continue the game
and that doesnt even begin to explain the absolute HORRID AI the NPCs have, they all spawn in the same places without doubt, half of them have the EXACT same pathing
customization for cars/characters is 100% abysmal including the apartment you BARELY step foot in after the first time
oh, and did i mention the only 4 minigames that you have in the game that sometimes repeat patterns?
its an absolute shitty rendition of the love child between GTA and Watchdogs.
