graphics card is tough in this decade cause they are all so expensive. air cpu cooler will be cheaper and give you less troubleshooting problems, if you get a high quality one it will probably even give you better temps.

liquid cooling is only really for aesthetics and to make your pc more quiet. do not skimp on ram. i recommend g.skill personally.

if you have a microcenter make use of them. you will save hundreds. good alternative is newegg. good luck!
